Integratore Vitamina K2

Took it with my evening meal as instructed since it's fat-soluble, and I've noticed my joints feel less creaky after a few weeks. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which is a real plus for me since I struggle with bigger pills.

I really appreciate that it's a fat-soluble vitamin, so I just take it with my morning eggs and it works perfectly. My last blood work showed improvement, and I've had no trouble digesting it.

The capsules are easy to swallow, which I appreciate, and I've noticed they don't upset my stomach even on an empty stomach. Just wish the bottle had a few more servings for the price.
