Il Bergamotto è un agrume di colore tra il verde e il giallo, poco più grande di un’arancia, coltivato in Calabria fino dal 1700. Dalla sua scorza, per premitura a freddo, si ricava un olio essenziale fresco e fruttato, che, una volta privato delle furocumarine, può essere utilizzato, diluito in un cucchiaino di olio vegetale, come integratore per favorire il benessere dell’organismo.
Gli integratori non vanno intesi come sostituti di una dieta variata, equilibrata e di un sano stile di vita.
