This green tea has a much fresher, grassier taste than the bagged stuff I'm used to, likely because the leaves aren't heavily processed. It steeps quickly and I'm really enjoying the clean, gentle flavor throughout the afternoon.

I was curious about a green tea that isn't oxidized, and this one's gentle drying process really keeps that fresh, grassy flavor intact—much smoother than the bitter stuff I've tried before.

The controlled drying right after harvest really locks in that fresh, grassy note you don't get from most supermarket teas. I've been swapping my afternoon coffee for this and it's become a calm little ritual I actually look forward to.
